Walks in the farms of Conversano

With tasting of typical dishes of the country kitchen

In the summer period (July-August-September) the Cooperative Armida organizes Walks in the farms of Conversano.
Among buildings completely redeveloped and turned into receptive structures, and farms that still possess a sense of time, visitors can learn the architectural characteristics, the historical origins and the life of the massari of old. Visiting the last farm, to the rhythm of traditional popular music played live, authentic cuisine of the typical farmer can be tasted: soups, vegetables, greens, fruits, and the popular almond sweets; all of which is seasoned with good olive oil and accompanied by red wine.
